Our Restoration Process
Condition Survey & Assessment
We perform a detailed survey, including hammer sounding and chain dragging, to identify all delaminated and unsound concrete across the deck, even if it's not yet visible to the naked eye.
Structural Concrete Repair
All damaged concrete is safely removed, exposed rebar is cleaned or replaced, and specialized high-strength repair mortars are applied to restore the structural elements to their original load-bearing capacity.
Expansion Joint Replacement
We precisely remove and replace failed expansion joints and control joint sealants with highly durable, high-movement elastomeric systems specifically designed for harsh parking structure environments.
Traffic Coating Application
After all structural repairs are fully cured, we apply a new, multi-layer traffic-bearing membrane system to heavily protect the concrete from water and salts while providing a safe, skid-resistant driving surface.
